Welcome Former Patients of Dr. Cliff Duke

On behalf of Dr. Mitchell Tatum and Dr. Alex Hayes, we are pleased to welcome you to DeKalb Dental Center.  We congratulate Dr. Cliff Duke on his upcoming retirement, and we commend him for the service he has provided to our community for over 40 years.  We recognize and appreciate his commitment to his patients, and we will endeavor to continue that legacy of providing great dental care in a friendly and welcoming setting.  We look forward to meeting you, and we thank you in advance for placing your trust in us to meet your dental health needs. 

Dr. Mitchell Tatum has been a practicing dentist since 1995, and has been a proud citizen of Smithville since 2000.  Dr. Tatum took over Dr. Larry Puckett’s practice upon Dr. Puckett’s retirement, and built upon the 35 year legacy of excellent dental care that Dr. Puckett had provided to DeKalb County.  After 21 years as a sole practitioner, Dr. Tatum is excited to add Dr. Alex Hayes as an associate to our practice.  Dr. Hayes, a native of DeKalb County, is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center College of Dentistry, and he is proud to be able to provide dental care to the community he grew up in.
